Wrapped in Courage Campaign

The entire month is dedicated to mobilizing communities in Ontario to ensure everyone is educated, aware, and willing to help put an end to violence against women.

Annual Walks

Heidi’s Walk

On September 12, 2009 Heidi Lee Ferguson, nee Bogner, lost her life due to a tragic domestic dispute with her estranged husband. In remembrance of her life, the Ferguson Memorial Walk was created to raise awareness and prevent future violence against women.

Third Party Events

A  wonderful way to give to Family Transition Place (FTP) is through holding a Third Party Event.

A third-party event is a fundraising initiative hosted by a company, organization or individual to benefit FTP.  These events can take many forms and raise important funds, friends and awareness of our work to end violence against women and help support our youth education programs.
